I remember a New Farm office balcony with perfectly symmetrical rows of clay pots providing dust bowl weights for long dead plants.

I remember all the extremely ephemeral green gifts along the way.

Perhaps Luvvie, you were ahead of your time, a post modern gardener, simply testing for drought resistance.

Or perhaps you suffer a too large dose of pottymism (intentional spelling) in the resilience of (green) life.

Now don't apologise. Your innate ability to kill plants is one of the things I find particularly endearing about you.

Looking forward to photos of tomato seedlings.Queen of the Tea Cosieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17329511641055727201noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2256130805076511496.post-32646705320622272692009-04-26T11:20:00.000+10:002009-04-26T11:20:00.000+10:00Hi Little Hat. I too have a wild pumpkin-like vine. I too am not sure of its genus as there's plenty of flowers but no produce so far. I do have three tomatoes on a self seeded tomato bush however. I talk to them almost every day.Steve Capelinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14838386764407644146noreply@blogger.com
